The Deep Reset Breathwork Circle: A three-session, closed-group breathwork journey to release anything from 2025 that you no longer wish to carry, reset your system, and reconnect with your true direction.
Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a powerful way to clear what no longer serves you, regulate the nervous system, and open space for clarity at the start of a new year.
In a closed container, the same group returns each session, creating trust, depth, and a supportive collective field that enhances each person’s experience.
Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Practitioner Marissa Rignola, will guide you through a dynamic breathing practice that activates your natural energy centers, releases stored tension, and deepens your connection to self and source. Each session includes reiki , gentle hand on assists, clearings and concludes with organic tea during each integration circle.
This circle offers a grounded, safe, supportive space to transition into the new year—letting go of what’s complete, reclaiming what matters, and stepping forward with renewed focus and inner alignment.
